Question: What is Integral Coaching+ ?

Answer: During our development from child to adult,  we are entrained in the perceptions of our experiences, this is what we know as our reality however this leads to distortions, deletions and generalizations in our reality.

There are 4 basic epistomologies to our experential somatic and cognative experience, these epistomologies are based upon our perception of our experience from an individuals internal and external perception, and from being one with the collective internal and external perception, these 4 perceptions of reality are what make up the 4 quadrants +.

For example: "We always do it this way" is a collective external generalised belief.

Integral Coaching+ integrates these 4 key epistomologies of experential somatic and cognative experiences and learning, by using learning from each of the quadrants we develop  a balanced, and integrated deeper learning that assist in breaking old limited beliefs and behavours.

Question: Where do you coach your clients?

Answer: The majority of my clients are coached on the phone, however if a client wants to be coached face to face we can also coach in this way,  as I have clients from all around the world who coach with me it is much easier to coach over the phone and just as powerful.
