Answer: During our development from child to adult, we are entrained in the perceptions of our experiences, this is what we know as our reality however this leads to distortions, deletions and generalizations in our reality.
There are 4 basic epistomologies to our experential somatic and cognative experience, these epistomologies are based upon our perception of our experience from an individuals internal and external perception, and from being one with the collective internal and external perception, these 4 perceptions of reality are what make up the 4 quadrants +.
